Identifying Funding Needs
Outlining anticipated expenses, including boat operations, training, equipment, outreach, and research. Ranking expenses by importance and urgency to ensure efficient allocation of funds.
Research Funding Sources
Identifying potential grants from government agencies, private foundations, and corporations. Targeting individual donors through campaigns and events. Seeking partnerships with businesses interested in marine conservation. Utilizing platforms like GoFundMe or Kickstarter to reach a broad audience.
Monitor and Evaluate Efforts
Monitoring the success of our fundraising activities and adjust our strategies as needed. Making adjustments based on feedback and results to improve our efforts.

Director
Living in the Republic of Palau since 2013, Jesse now owns a production company in Palau. Since 2009, Jesse has spent his life in and around the ocean, learning about its importance, experiencing its wonders, and capturing its beauty on camera. Jesse now turns his focus to ocean conservation and preservation.

Living in the Republic of Palau since 2014, Matt has been studying and guiding tours on the ocean for over a decade, becoming an expert on our oceans. Matt has now turned his focus on the best methods for saving and conserving the planet’s oceans.
